This conversation traverses many of the topics that my Tunisian friend, Mehdi and I discussed/pulled-apart/pondered during our time together travelling and learning in Tunisia, Turkey and Morocco. Listening back to this conversation from December last year that took place on the blindingly sunny rooftop of 'The English School' in El Kelaa des Sraghna, Morocco, I am reminded of the importance in using my platform of safety and privilege to herald the voices that need to be amplified. I will forever be in awe of this human's depth of knowledge in history, in his cadence of language and his desire to grow, understand and flourish, again and again. Here's to immortalising one of our many days together in communication about how this crazy world works. Let's keep approaching conversations with an overwhelming sense of curiosity and love.
